We sometimes track specific clicks to help inform some design decisions, for example how many times you created a new page or a new collection in Dokkument. Your Content is Yours. Creating Content in Dokkument does not change the ownership of that content. If the Content was created by you or you have legitimate rights to use Content created by someone else, Dokkument does not and never will claim ownership of that content.
Other users of Dokkument can access your Content only if you allow them to do so by changing the sharing permissions of your pages, collections and spaces.
We will not access or use your Content except for the following purposes: provide you with customer support for example when you explicitly allowed us access to specific content during a customer support inquiry; where compelled to do so in response to lawful requests by law enforcement or government authorities; where necessary to ensure the stability and security of our Service and our systems (for example where we believe that certain Content is degrading the stability of our servers and performance); where necessary to protect the rights, privacy, property or safety of you, us, or others.

We retain our Customer personnel’s Account Data in accordance with the instructions of their organization (our Customer), or for as long as their account is active, and we have not been notified otherwise, or as long as we consider necessary for the purposes described herein.
We will also retain your Personal Data for as long as is required in order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, or to protect ourselves from any potential disputes (i.e. as required by laws applicable to log-keeping, records and bookkeeping, and to have proof and evidence concerning our relationship, should any legal issues arise following your discontinuance of use), in accordance with our data retention policy.
